This is how a piece of jewelry is created – step by step
1. Design & Prototyping
Each design is first developed by a design team. Prototypes and molds are then created before series production begins.
2. Casting process (Lost Wax Casting)
925 sterling silver is cast into precisely crafted molds. After cooling, each piece is individually finished.
3. Fine work & polishing
After casting, each piece of jewelry is ground, smoothed and polished multiple times to achieve a perfect surface.
4. Hand-set stones
Stones are deliberately placed by hand to ensure the highest precision and durability.
5. Protective coating (E-coating)
Electrochemical finishing and additional protective layers improve durability and reduce tarnishing.
6. Multi-stage quality control
Each individual piece of jewelry undergoes multiple inspections. Only products that meet all standards are released.
Certified production standards
Production is carried out according to international quality standards (ISO 9001) and is regularly audited by independent bodies.
In addition, social, environmental and ethical standards are regularly reviewed.
